MASCARAダンス!

磐田スタジオyuipan先生の完コピクラスです。

本日はMASCARAの振り付けレッスン行っています。

本日もしっかりと準備運動を行ってからリズム取りとアイソレーションを行い基礎部分を補強していきます。
振り付けレッスンも笑い声が上がるなど楽しそうな雰囲気で進んでいました。

Today they are starting the choreography.

Today they are training a MASCARA choreography.

Today, they will start with a thorough warm-up, followed by rhythm and isolation exercises to reinforce the basics.
The choreography lesson was also filled with laughter and a fun atmosphere.
