磐田スタジオChiho先生のGirl’sジュニアクラスです。
今日は振り付けの続きを行っています。
MIXTAが終わり少しまったりした雰囲気でゆっくり柔軟や筋トレを行いながらレッスンを開始していました。
振り付けレッスンに入ればキレよくダンス開始!先生の振り付け指示も的確に飛んでいきます。力を入れるときと抜く時の方法を教えていました。
メリハリがついていて雰囲気もよい感じです。

Today’s lesson is a Girl’s Junior class by Chiho at Iwata Studio.
Today, they are continuing to work on the choreography.
After finishing the MIXTA routine, the class began in a relaxed atmosphere,
taking their time with stretching and strength training.
Once they moved into the choreography, however, the dancing became sharp
and energetic! The instructor gave precise directions, teaching them
exactly when to apply power and when to relax.
class has a good balance and creates a nice atmosphere.
