気持ちを引き締めてレッスン!

磐田スタジオmoro☆先生のHIPHOPジュニアクラスです。

本日は振り付けの続きを行っています。

今日は珍しくmoro☆先生の厳しい指導が入りました。ストレッチやリズム取りの基礎トレーニングが身に入っていない様子で。怪我の予防、基礎の大切さをしっかりと説いてからレッスンを開始しました。
普段の明るい雰囲気もいいですがレッスンの効果を最大限活かせるようにOnOffの切り替えが上手くできると良いですね。

Today’s lesson is a HIPHOP junior class by moro☆ at Iwata Studio.

Today they are continuing with the choreography.

Today, teacher moro☆ gave some unusually harsh criticism. It seemed like
the students were performing basic stretching and rhythm training
carelessly. moro☆ gave a thorough explanation of the importance of injury
prevention and the basics before starting the lesson.
The usual bright and cheerful atmosphere is great, but it would be good if
the students could learn to switch on and off well so that they can get the
most out of the lessons.
