雄踏スタジオChiho先生のJAZZジュニアクラスです。

今日は振り付け続きを行っています。

今日も十分な柔軟や筋トレを行いレッスンをスタートしています。倒立や前方倒立回転の練習をしていますがコツをつかんだのか危なげなく成功しています。
順調に振り付けを進めています。

Today’s lesson is a JAZZ junior class by Chiho at Yuto Studio.

Today, they are continuing with the choreography.

As always, the lesson began with a thorough warm-up, including flexibility exercises and strength training. The students have been practicing handstands and front handsprings. It seems they’ve got the technique, as they are now performing them successfully and safely.
They are making steady progress with the choreography.
