基礎強化レッスン!
雄踏スタジオChiho先生のJAZZジュニアクラスです。
今日は振り付け続きを行っています。
しっかりと柔軟や準備運動を行いシェネなどダンスの基礎部分を重点的にレッスンをしていました。ダブルシェネの姿勢や動きを細かく指導を行って綺麗に見えるようにしていました。

Today’s lesson is a JAZZ junior class by Chiho at Yuto Studio.
Today they are continuing on the choreography.
They did thorough stretching and warm-up exercises, and then Chiho-sensei
focused on the fundamentals of dance, such as chainé turns, during the
lesson. She gave detailed instructions on the posture and movement of
double chainé turns to make them look beautiful.
