磐田スタジオR-ick.先生のLOCKクラスです。
本日は振り付け続きを行っています。
今日は準備運動を行った後に振り付け確認を一通りですがさっくりと行って、踊り込み部分をガッツリ行っていました。ずっと踊っているため先生も息切れするほど運動量が多いレッスンでした。

Today’s lesson is a LOCK class by R-ick. at Iwata Studio.
Today they are continuing choreography.
After warming up, They quickly reviewed the choreography once more, and
then focused intensely on the dance steps. Although there were breaks, the
students were dancing the whole time, making it such a physically demanding
lesson that even the instructor was out of breath.
