磐田スタジオChiho先生のGirl’sキッズクラスです。

今日は振り付けの続きを行っています。

今日もしっかりと準備運動、基礎練習をしっかり行いレッスンを開始しています。基礎練習では軸足を切り替えるステップをトレーニングしていてブレずにリズムよく動かすのが少し難しそうでした。

Today’s lesson is a Girl’s Kids class by Chiho at Iwata Studio.

Today, they are continuing to work on choreography.

As always, the lesson began with a thorough warm-up and fundamental exercises. During the basics, they practiced steps that require switching the supporting leg; maintaining stability while moving rhythmically seemed to be a bit of a hard for them.
